5 ways to succeed in the sport

Famous psychotherapist, author of two books and his own TV show Andrew Yermoshin, shares the secrets of how to succeed in the sport. According to the expert, it needs to sleep in the form of a game, forget about chewing gum, and look within.

1. Look at yourself

I’ll tell you a story from my own practice. In one of my psychotherapy workshops involved a woman – a professional race car driver. The problem was that, despite the wealth of experience, fourteen years behind the wheel each time before the competition starts shaking her terribly – she could not cope with nerves. Around the middle rounds it just burned out, and despite a successful start, in the end, to take positions.

2. Be «riotous»

In this case, a certain psychological advantage is on the side of the team, which is in the form of the usual colors. Let me tell you why. You can argue, but what about domestic football? 4. Forget about the cud

Some football players and other athletes like to chew gum right during matches. Of course, this can only mean one thing – the player does not get peace and harmony, and by gum, he tries to cope with nerves. But it is a matter of self-discipline consciousness. Why make additional distractions muscle movement?! It is better to send energy to the game than to give power to the chewing gum! This is absurd and unnatural action!

Of course, sports – emotional, and it is impossible to remain impassive. But it is important to be whole! Do not spray on chewing gum and counting crows!

5. Instill a «new idea»
